A thirty year resident of Lamorinda, Karen is in the top 1% of realtors, and has been recognized for her ongoing commitment to her clients. With her business growing rapidly, she decided to create a group of like minded people so she could ensure her clients would receive the highest level of attention and focus. Karen has extensive knowledge of Contra Costa County, including the pros and cons of specific areas, as well as the uniqueness of each neighborhood. As a mother of two, she knows the "ins and outs" of raising a child in the Bay Area. Kellianne began with Karen Richardson Group as a marketing assistant but as her career progressed, she was offered the role of Group Coordinator. She works closely with Karen to organize the growing team and ensure efficiency throughout each transaction. She thrives on superior customer service and has a strong technology/ graphic design background that allows her to deliver compelling, one-of-a-kind solutions. In addition to being a licensed realtor, she is also a certified transaction coordinator.
Stager / Project Manager
Donna was born and raised in Walnut Creek, and moved to Burton Valley with her husband and three children in 1990. A gift to the group, Donna is our in-house stager and works exclusively for KRG. Moving into staging was a natural transition for Donna, she owned Seiferts Floral Co. in Orinda for 15 years! Her eye for color, surging creativity, and understanding for what makes a living space appealing to buyers is what has been selling homes for years.
Rick has been a realtor for 10 years, first in Southern California and then back to Northern California. He currently lives in Walnut Creek but has lived in various areas all over the Bay Area. He is a well known member of the community- you may know him from Postino’s, one of the best restaurants in Lafayette! He offers his expertise in real estate, both residential and raw land, marketing, and specializes in excellent customer service.
Caleb comes to us from New York City where he was the Chief of Staff for a private family for many years. He graduated from Trinity International University where he received a BA in Communications and Business. A firm believer in community, he has been active in a number of volunteer activities involving youth, developmentally disabled, those in crises, and the arts. Caleb currently lives in Sleepy Hollow where he can be near his family, especially his twin niece and nephew!
